As between you and Dossier, you retain sole and exclusive ownership of all rights, title, and interest (including all intellectual property and proprietary rights) in and to all data you provide or connect to the Services (“Inputs”) and all materials, research dossiers, synthesized briefings, customized email drafts, outreach copy, enriched contact attributes, and derived workflow recipes generated by the Services for you (“Outputs”). Dossier hereby unconditionally assigns to you all of its right, title, and interest in and to all such Outputs. You are free to export, utilize, distribute, and commercialize your Outputs without restriction or royalty obligations.
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services solely for your internal business operations. By directly sending us any feedback or suggestions (“Submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive license to utilize such feedback for service improvement without royalty or attribution.
Dossier offers subscription tiers (including Starter, Pro, and Enterprise) billed on a monthly or annual basis via our authorized, PCI-compliant payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to the following transparent terms:

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (4) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
We may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Services (collectively, “Contributions”). When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule, and do not infringe the proprietary rights of any third party.
You and Services agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide and your choices (including settings). By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms, take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law, restrict access to or disable Contributions, and manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property.
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times.
These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). The arbitration will take place in San Francisco, California.
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the services and your use thereof.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE PREVIOUS SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Legal Terms.
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
Dossier may allow you to access other products, features, or services developed by third parties (“third-party services”). You should review any terms and policies provided by the third parties before doing so as they govern your use of their services. Dossier is not responsible for any third-party services.
When you choose to connect your Google account to our Services, you authorize us to access and process data from your connected Google services solely to provide the features and functionality of our Services as described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Dossier's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. When you connect your Google account to our Services, we commit to the following:
Human access to your Google user data is prohibited except with your explicit consent for a specific support purpose, when necessary for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
While Dossier strives to provide high-quality AI solutions, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any output generated by our AI systems. The AI technology we provide processes information based on the data it has been trained on and the inputs it receives, but it may produce errors, inconsistencies, or content that doesn't meet your specific needs.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI-generated content before use or implementation. Dossier will not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of, or reliance upon, outputs generated by our AI solutions. By using our AI solutions, you acknowledge that human oversight and judgment remain essential when working with AI-generated outputs.
When our AI features process your Google user data, such processing is performed solely to provide personalized features within your individual account. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models, in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
